  • Effective 12/16/2024, all users will be signing on using our new single sign on authentication provider DIAMD. If you already have an account you will receive an email today from DIAMD-NoReply@usdoj.gov. Please follow those instructions to complete your registration. No other action is necessary after completing the registration steps. If you did not receive an email and have an existing account please contact us via email at OJP.ITServiceDesk@usdoj.gov or call 202–307–0627 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET, closed Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays. New users there is an instruction guide here: PSOB Login Instruction Guide.
  • As of October 2017, all PSOB application and claims are now filed via the online claims portal. If you are filing a new application, please visit the Benefits page or watch a video(link is external) on how to file for PSOB Benefits. If you are following up on a pending claim filed prior to October 10, 2017, please contact the PSOB Office at AskPSOB@usdoj.gov or 18887446513 for information on how to access your claim.
